高透氧性角膜接触镜的临床应用

摘　　要：为评价硬性高透氧性角膜接触镜(RGPCL)对圆锥角膜及高度近视的矫正效果及安全性,应用RGPCL对低、中度圆锥角膜7眼和高度近视6眼进行矫正,过夜及连续配戴。结果圆锥角膜的矫正视力较框架眼镜明显提高,视力为1.2者1眼、1.0者3眼、0.8者2眼、0.6者1眼,高度近视RGPCL矫正视力均能达到1.0。3个月后,本组的平均屈光度及角膜曲率半径无明显变化,无不良并发症发生。认为RPGCL对圆锥角膜及高度近视的矫正视力及安全性良好,对阻止其进展可能有一定积极作用。To evaluate the corrective effect and safety of rigid gas permeable contact lens (RGPCL) in thetreatment of keratoconus and high myopia, 7 low and moderate keratoconus patients and 6 high myopia patientswere treated by RGPCL for over night and long term wearing. Results showed that the corrected vision inkeratoconus group was better than glasses (1. 2 one eye, 1. 0 three eyes, 0. 8 two eyes and 0. 6 one eye).
