关于学生德育工作的几点体会

摘　　要：学生德育工作是一项复杂的、具有战略价值的系统工程，关系到社会人力资源的开发效果和经济、信息全球化背景下我国综合国力的提升态势，需要统筹规划、精心实施。学生的学风和专业思想问题、推荐研究生和本项统筹培养问题、出国留学问题、素质教育和创新能力培养问题等等，是目前学生德育工作中的一些热点问题，值得深入研究和思考。针对这些热点问题文章提出一些看法，希望能引出更多、更好的学生德育工作的新思路，起到抛砖引玉的作用。The moral education for students, which is a complicated system engineering with many strategic values, has very important effects on the development of human resources and the integrated national power of our country under the globalization of economy and information.
