摘  要:目的:探讨健康教育干预对冠心病患者心理状态和疗效的影响。方法:将120例冠心病患者随机分为实验组60例,对照组60例。两组均采用常规治疗和护理,实验组予健康教育干预,抑郁自评表和焦虑自评表评定冠心病患者的抑郁和焦虑情况,并观察两组经治疗后的疗效。结果:实验组焦虑、抑郁状态明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而且住院天数较少,病情也较干预前明显好转(P<0.05)。结论:实施健康教育干预可改善冠心病患者心理状态,减少住院天数,病情加快好转。Objective To study the health education intervention on the effect of the psychological state and therapeutic results of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods The 120 patients with coronary artery disease were divided into two groups of 60 cases,60 cases of the control group.Both groups were used conventional treatment and care,the experimental group is added up to the health education intervention,self-rating depression scale and self-evaluation form assessed anxiety in patients with coronary heart ...
