摘　　要：目的探讨丽珠肠乐在消化道恶性肿瘤化疗中的作用.方法 194例消化道恶性肿瘤病人,随机分为两组,观察组99例,在化疗的基础上,同时加服丽珠肠乐,每次2两粒,每日3次,化疗后继续服用1周;对照组,单纯化疗.结果治疗组,90.9%症状改善;白细胞计数,治疗组减少程度较低,两组有显著性差别;瘤体变化,两组有显著差别.结论丽珠肠乐具有提高营养,增强机体免疫力,阻止条件致病菌及毒素对肠粘膜上皮的粘附,调整肠道菌群平衡的作用.丽珠肠乐在消化道恶性肿瘤化疗中疗效满意.Objective To detect the effect of Bifidobiogen-Livzon in the chemotherapy of the digestivc system malignant tumour. Methods 194 patients with the digestive system malignant tumour were randomly into two groups One group with 99 patients were given Bifidobiogen-Livzon about one week based on the chemotherapy.
