摘　　要：目的 :观察分析 IL- 1β在白血病患者血清中的水平及意义。方法 :用 EL ISA法测定患者血清中 IL-1β的水平。结果 :治疗前 IL- 1β在 ANL L 患者血清中的水平明显高于正常对照血清 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,治疗缓解时显著下降至正常范围 (P<0 .0 1) ,AL L、CML- CP、CML- BC患者血清中 IL- 1β的水平在正常范围。结论 :测定血清 IL- 1β水平在一定程度上可反映急性白血病的病情。Objective:To detect the levels of serum interleukin 1β (IL 1β) in patients with leukemia and explore its clinical significance.Methods:Using ELISA to detect the levels of IL 1β in leukemia patients pre and after treatment.Rusults:Levels of serum IL 1β in ANLL patients pre treatment were significantly higher than that of after treatment ( P <0.01) and control ( P <0.001).The levels of IL 1β in patients with ALL,CML CP,CML BC were in normal ranges.Conclusion:Levels of serum IL 1β could be used t...
