摘　　要：目的探讨穿刺活检诊断乳腺癌的形态学标准。方法对２６例穿刺诊断乳腺癌进行回顾性分析，评价结构异常、细胞学的改变、浸润和其它指标对诊断乳腺癌的意义。结果结构异常、核异型、间质浸润均有诊断意义。结论穿刺标本诊断乳腺癌要全面观察、综合判断。Objective To investigate morphology criterion of diagnosing puncture biopsy breast cancer.Method Twenty-six cases of puncture biopsy breast cancers have been reviewed and analysed,and evaluate the meaning of abnormal structure changes, infiltration and other criteria. Result All of the infiltration of mesenchymal,the abnormal structure and cell nucleus has diagnosis meaning.Conclusion It is necessary to observe the sample totally and judge comprehensively in order to diagnosis a breast cancer from a puncture biopsy sample.
