摘　　要：目的　了解新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿远期预后及相关因素。方法　对 68例存活者进行随访 ,按DDST筛选法测试智能 ,同时进行体格发育和神经系统、听力、视力检查。结果　 2 3例留有各种类型神经系统后遗症。结论　远期预后与急性期临床分型及一些危重征密切相关。早期诊断 。Objective: To realize the long-term prognoiis and the related factors of the neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.Methods: 68 Cases of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy were followed up for 3-5 years.The intelligenu scale was estimated by using.Denver Development screning Test for children.Physical and mental development,vision and hearing were also examined. Results: 23 Cases suffered from the sequelae of nervous system of various kinds. Conclusion: The longterm prognosis correlated closely with the clinical classificatioc in the acute period and the risk index. Early diagnosis and preventive intervention are effective in improving the memtal retardation.
