体育院校运动训练专业教学计划构建难点与整体优化的探讨

摘　　要：运动训练专业教学计划的科学性和实效性对完成培养目标至关重要。本文在文献资料分析、调查问卷、专家咨询，比较和统计的基础上，对我国 １３所体育院校教学计划在修订和实施过程中揭示的诸如：培养目标的定位、课程体系的优化、教学内容的更新、培养模式的柔性等问题进行了理论研究和实践探索。对完善运动训练专业教学计划，更好地落实培养目标，促进教学质量的提高，有着积极的借鉴作用。By means of literature review, questionnaires, and expert consultation, surveys were conducted of 13 institutions of physical education in terms of their revision and implementation of the teaching program for Sports Coaching. The result showed that contributing to a teaching program, both scientific and practical, are such key issues as determination of the educational goals, systemic optimization of the courses, updating of the teaching content, and adoption of a flexible educational model; and on these issues this article is to elaborate further.
