摘　　要：任何工程学科的发展都必须建立在坚实的理论基础之上 ,软件工程也不便外。软件工程的理论基础难以应用于实践是迫切需要解决的问题。本文将分析问题产生的原因、解决的方法 ;The development of any engineering subject must be based on a solid theoretic basis and software engineering is not an exception. The problem that software engineering theory is difficult to be applied to practice must be solved urgently. First of all the paper analyses the causes of and the solutions to the problem; and finally introduces briefly the formal method and the actual situation.
