摘　　要：如何科学地处理整车和零部件厂商之间的组织结构，有待于理论上进一步研究和在实践中探索；介绍了国外汽车整车和零部件厂商组织结构模式；借鉴欧、美、日等国的发展经验；结合中国汽车工业组织结构现状，提出了促使中国汽车工业整车和零部件厂商组织结构合理化的发展战略。The problem of how to deal with the organization structure between the complete vehicle industry and compo- nent parts industry remains to be researched in the field of theory and to be practiced. This article introduces the organization structure mode of complete vehicle industry and component parts industry in some foreign countries, takes the developing experi- ences from the countries in Europe, America and Japan as reference, integrates the current condition of China automotive industry organization structure and puts forward the developing strategy that may promote the organization structure between China com- plete vehicle industry and component pam industry to be reasonable.
