摘　　要：[目的 ]了解福建省吸毒人群的吸毒行为特征 ,为艾滋病防制措施的制定提供依据。 [方法 ]1998- 2 0 0 0年 ,对福州市某强制戒毒所中的 16 37名戒毒人员进行问卷调查。 [结果 ]吸毒者中注射吸毒的比例已从 1998年的2 9.2 %上升到 2 0 0 0年的 6 1.0 % ,注射吸毒者中有 2 1.1%曾与他人共用过注射针具。 [结论 ]福建省注射吸毒者中存在 HIV流行传播的危险性 ,迫切需要进行预防艾滋病的健康教育和行为干预活动。Objective] To understand the behavior among drug users in Fujian and obtain the information for HIV/AIDS control and prevention [Methods] 1 637 drug users in the detoxification unit in Fuzhou were asked wiat a questionnaire between 1998 and 2000 [Results] Injecting drug users (IDUs) increased from 29 2%(1998) to 61 0% (2000) in the drug users , and 21 1% of them had been sharing injecting equipment with others [Conclusion] There existed the risk of HIV spreading in the injecting drug users in Fujian It is urgently needed to implement the education of HIV/AIDS prevention and behavior intervention among drug users
