摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》中有关疲劳论述的整理研究 ,从而提出疲劳的病因与起居失调、七情变化、针灸误治有关 ;病机乃是气血耗伤引起的虚证 ,涉及脏腑有肝脾肾 ;调节心身 。There is a unique knowledge of fatigue in traditional Chinese medicine. On the basis of a systematic sort-out of the exposition on fatigue in the book Huangdi's Classic on Medicine, the author goes on to advance that the cause of fatigue has something to do with irregular daily life, emotional variation and acupuncture therapy; that fatigue is induced by the consumption and impairment of qi and blood and involves the liver, spleen and kidney. It is stressed that the treatment of fatigue should focus on prevention, and that one of the essential method is to regulate emotions and daily life.
