摘　　要：介绍了ＤＮＡ芯片的制作方法：支持物表面经活性处理后，采用原位合成法在支持物表面合成寡核苷酸探针，或用芯片外合成法制得探针后将探针通过喷墨打印法或化学方法固定到支持物上．探针与经过ＰＣＲ扩增、标记的生物样品杂交，检测杂交信号并进行分析以获得生物样品的遗传信息．讨论了该技术在诸如基因组研究、遗传分析、基因诊断等多方面的应用，并估计了今后的发展方向及前景．The synthesis method of DNA chip is introduced:after substra te been active treated,Light-directed oligonucleotide synthesis or m icroarray printing technique is adopted to synthesize oligonucleotide probe on the surface of substrate,or print oligonucleotide made by off -chip method such as polymerase chain reaction and biochemical synthes is onto the surface of substrate.The amplified and labeled samples are then hybridized with the probes,and the signals should be collected a nd analyzed.The applications in fields such as genome research,gene ex pression monitoring,gene mutation analyses and medicine research are d iscussed.Improvements need to be done and other several realms of DNA chip＇s application are talked too.
