摘　　要：从多轴运动控制的角度介绍美国 AB公司的 IMCS1394为例的多轴运动控制器的硬件 ,编程软件 GML,给出了一个胶片生产系统的应用实例。利用其灵活多样的控制手段和强大的通讯能力 ,形成相互协调的控制网络 ,使得复杂的系统设计变得简单可靠。结合电子啮合方式灵活性 。In this paper an introduction is given of the multi axis motion controller IMCS1394, a product of Allen bradly accompanying with Graphic Motion Control Language,followed by its application to a film processing system.Its flexible control capabilities and powerful communication,easy to form a harmonious control network,make it simple to design a complex system.Based on the electronic gearing,the coordination performance of system is improved by means of feed forward and variable gear ratio,etc.
