摘 要:本文讨论了钢球磨经济运行的节能效益。提出了只有投入自动控制系统 ,钢球磨才能长期保持经济运行的观点。分析了钢球磨自动投入困难的原因。运用本文提出的多模型 INA方法 ,设计了钢球磨鲁棒控制系统 ,仿真结果表明 ,所设计的系统在钢球磨各种运行工况下 ,具有良好的调节品质 ,满足工程要求。而且系统实现方便 ,不需增加设备投资 。Based on the discussion about the energy saving effectiveness when the ball mill is in economic opera- tion,the viewpoint thatthe ball mill can preserve economic operation only if it is plunged into automatic control is put forward,and the cause of difficulty in plunging the ball mill into automatic control is also analyzed. The INA method for multi- model control system is brought forward in this paper,and a robust control system is designed for the ball mill using the method. The simulation results show that the designed control system can bring favorable control quality at diversified operating condition and can satisfy engineering need. It is conve- nient to implement the designed control system,and the system can be made out by the existing equipment without increasing investments.
