摘　　要：通过问卷形式调研了开封市农村中小学体育教学的现状 ,提出了 2 0 0 5年将要达到目标和实现战略目标的基本对策 ,为主管部门宏观决策提供依据。The essay investigates the current situation of kaifeng rural middle and primary school physical education.Through questioning forms,puts forward the future target and realize basic countermeasures of strategic target,and provides evidence for administrative department to formulate macroscopic policies.
