年轻恒前牙冠折露髓后活髓切断术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察活髓切断术治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓的效果并分析影响疗效的因素。方法　采用活髓切断术对因外伤致年轻恒前牙冠折露髓而就诊的 3 0例 4 2个牙进行治疗 ,并定期复查。结果　采用活髓切断术治疗年轻恒前牙冠折露髓 ,其成功率为 88.1 %。结论　活髓切断术是治疗年轻恒前牙外伤冠折露髓的有效方法 ,露髓孔的大小及外伤后的就诊时间与结果并无绝对的直接关系 ,手术成功率受外伤牙的创伤程度等多种因素的影响。Objective The present study was to investigate the efficacy of vital pulptomy for pulp exploring resulting from crown fracture in young anterior permanent teeth, and analyze the factors influencing its clinical efficacy. Methods 42 young anterior permanent teeth of 30 children were recruited into this investigation, which suffered from crown fracture resulting in pulp exposing. Those tooth were divided into two groups (29 pulp exposing ≤1.0mm, and 13 one> 1.0mm) according to the size of pulp exploring, and two groups (32 pulp exploring duration≤24h, 10 one>24h) according to pulp exploring duration, respectively. A statistic analysis was performed to compare the efficacious difference between two groups. A two year follow up was performed for each tooth. Results The success rate was 88.1% on the basis of the two year follow up. There was no efficacious difference between the two groups. Conclusion The vital pulptomy is very effective method for pulp exploring of young anterior permanent teeth suffering from crown fracture. The area of pulp exploring and the duration were not related with the therapeutic effects, while it was related with the degree of traumata.
