摘　　要：专业素质教育的本质就是能力教育。确立能力本位观念 ,提高教师综合素质和专业素养 ,营造适合学生发展的教学氛围 ;加大实践教学的改革力度 ,严格实践性教学环节考核 ,这是办出学校特色 。The essence of quality education is ability education.To decide on ability,improve teacher's compound quality and speciality,create an educational circumstance, strengthen the reformation of practical teaching links is an efficient way to set up a college with particularity and to improve the student's speciality and ability.
