高校基层团组织工作现状调查分析

摘　　要：共青团组织是党的助手和后备军。高等院校的共青团组织对培养现代化事业的建设人才担负着重要的作用。这其中 ,作为基石的基层团支部工作现状如何 ,直接关系到高校整体共青团工作的成效 ,文章在对基层团组织工作进行问卷调查基础上 ,对基层团组织的发展 ,提出了一些新的思考。The Communist Youth League (CYL) is the helper and reserve force of the Communist Party .And the CYL in the institution of higher education plays an important role in the cultivation of talents for modernization construction. So the current working situation of the CYL organizations at the grass roots levels is the cornerstone of our socialist construction and has direct effect on the working efficiency of the whole. Based on an questionnaire on their current working situation, this article gives some suggestions on how to implement the work for the CYL organizations at the grass roots levels.
