针刺配合三棱针点刺放血治疗偏头痛28例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺配合三棱针点刺放血治疗偏头痛的疗效。方法针刺配合三棱针点刺放血治疗(治疗组)28例,取四神聪、风池、太阳、合谷、列缺等穴位针刺,取太阳、四神聪三棱针点刺放血。单纯针刺治疗(对照组)28例,两组进行比较。结果针刺配合三棱针点刺放血总有效率92.86%,单纯针刺总有效率67.86%。结论针刺配合三棱针点刺放血治疗偏头痛疗效确切。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy in the treatment of migraine.Methods 28 cases of migraine were treated by acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy as treatment group.In control group,28 patients were treated with acupuncture only.The therapeutic effects were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate was 92.86% in the treatment group,67.86% in the control group,there was a significant difference between two groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with pricking blood therapy has better therapeutic effect for migraine patients.
