摘　　要：学校心理素质教育对学生全面健康成长,对学生整体素质的提高具有重要意义。心理素质教育主要是对学生进行学习心理教育、健康情感教育、坚强意志教育、人际交往教育、青春期心理教育、适应社会教育等。健康心理的培养和教育要通过多种途径和方法,使心理素质教育收到应有的效果。School psychological quality education has great significance for students to overall healthily grow and improve their overall quality.Psychological quality education is mainly for students to have study psychological education,healthy emotion education,strong will education,interpersonal communication education,adolescent psychology education,the education of adap- ting to social.The training and education of healthy psychology must have various ways to make psychological quality education re- ceive good effects.
