摘　　要：地方高校大学生就业难问题日益突出。要解决这一难题就必须先挖掘出当前地方高校就业指导工作中存在的弊端,并且从就业工作理念、就业工作体制、就业工作内容与方法等方面进行创新,建立一种以合理的知识和能力架构为基础,以市场需求为导向,以大学生职业生涯规划为中心、以综合素质发展为突破的新的就业指导工作体制,这样才能逐步有效地解决当前地方院校就业难的局面。The problem which students get employed difficultly is more and more outstanding.Solving this problems must ex- cavate the malpractice which in the current place universities career guidance work exists,and from employment work idea,em- ployment work system,employment work content and method carries on the innovation,establishes one kind of reasonable knowl- edge and ability overhead construction as the foundation,take the market demand as the guidance,take the university student pro- fessional profession plan as the center,take synthesizes the quality development as the breakthrough new career guidance work sys- tem,like this can gradually effectively solve the current place colleges and universities difficult employment problems.
