摘　　要：目的探讨鼻咽癌患者放疗后并发慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术的有效护理措施。方法回顾性分析了45例鼻咽癌患者放疗后并发慢性鼻窦炎行功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术的耳鼻喉科治疗及护理经验。结果患者恢复良好率达88.9%。结论积极的治疗与有效的护理十分有利于患者的康复,在减少并发症、延长生命、提高生命质量方面具有十分重要的意义。Objective To discuss the effective nursing care measures of FESS of the post-radio treatment nasopharyngeal carci- noma patients in chronic sinusitis.Methods 45cases of otorhinolaryngology treatment and nurs-ing care of the patients of FESS of the post-radio treatment nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients in chronic sinusitis were reviewed.Results The well recovery rate of patient was 88.9%.Conclusion Active therapy and nursing care have advantages to patients'rehabilitation,there are extremely im- portant significance in decreasing cornplications,e-longating life and improving the quality of life.
