摘　　要：对长条形异物穿卡和大块物料压卡引起带式输送机纵撕事故机理进行了分析,设计了一种新型超前防穿卡、压卡纵撕保护装置,该装置采用多重作用综合判定,选用的关键器件简单、可靠,当发生穿卡、压卡输送带条件时便立刻停机保护,可有效起到超前保护作用。This paper analyzed the mechanism of the longitudinal ripping on the belt of the belt conveyors by a long strip mass or a large material.A new pilot protection device was designed for the anti-longitudinal ripping.The device had the multi function comprehensive judgment.The key part selected were simple and reliable.When the belt ripped or jammed,the protected device would timely stop the conveyor to protect the conveyor.The device could effectively play the pilot protection function for the belt conveyor.
