摘　　要：目的通过分析330例肝转移瘤的彩色多普勒声像图特征以提高诊断准确率。方法应用AI-5200型及ASPEN电脑超声诊断仪,显示病灶后观察瘤内及周围血流分布及血流速度,并进行统计学处理。结果分析330例肝转移瘤,瘤体较小的主要靠外周血流滋养,内部血管较少。随肿瘤体积增大,外周血管向内部延伸,在肿瘤血管生长因子刺激下,肿瘤内部血管增生。结论超声对肝转移瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To improve the diagnostical accuracy through analysis color doppler examinations and image characteristics of 330 metastatic hepatocarcinomas.Methods Type AI-5200 and ASPEN computerized ultrasonic dignosis instruments with frequencies of 3.5 MHz and 5.0 MHz were used.Distribution and velocity of blood flow in the tumors and around was observed after the foci were displayed.And statistical processing was done.Results After analyzing 330 metastatic liver cancers,it seems that the small tumors were n...
