摘　　要：骨形态发生蛋白是具有高度骨诱导活性的蛋白质,它与种植体复合可以提高其与周围骨组织的生物结合能力,并且与不同的载体结合可表现出不同的生物学特性。本文对骨形态发生蛋白的生物学特性、在种植学方面的运用、以及其载体等方面在骨内种植领域的研究进展进行了综述。Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) is a kind of active protein which has high ability of bone induc- tion. It can improve the osseointegration when applied BMP in conjunction with implant. Moreover, it shows us different bionomics if the BMP combine with different carrier. The aim of this article is to review the bionomics of BMP, application in dental implantation, carriers of BMP and evaluate the evidence for this clinical approach.
