摘　　要：复合树脂以其良好的操作性能,优良的美学性能,洞型制备时对牙体组织的较高保存率,无汞污染等优点受到了越来越多临床医生和患者的欢迎。但由于其具有固化时聚合收缩的特性,常导致树脂修复体与牙体组织之间不可避免地存在着微渗漏,从而影响了修复效果。许多学者对影响树脂边缘微渗漏的因素做了大量的试验研究,其中包括窝洞设计、窝洞制备方法、洞面预处理等。There are lots of adventages of composite resin, such as better operational performance, better appearance, less tooth loss and more safety. So it becomes more and more popular with dentists and patients. But due to its polymerization shrinkage, it is impossible to avoid the microleakage between the tooth and the resin.
