摘　　要：作为长期存留于口腔内的根管充填材料,其生物相容性的好坏将直接影响根管充填的质量和根尖周组织的修复反应。除细胞和组织毒性的研究外,牙科材料的基因毒性也被认为是评价新型材料的必须步骤,本文将对根管封闭剂基因毒性的检测方法作一综述。As root canal filling materials that have long-time existed in the oral, its biocompatibility will affect root filling quality and restore reaction of apical tissue directly. Except the research of cytotoxicity and histotoxicity, genotoxicity of dental materials have also been regarded as a necessary procedure to evaluate new material. So in this article, we will make a review of evaluation about genotoxicity of root canal sealer.
