摘　　要：防御素是机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,它可以通过直接杀菌作用抵御入侵机体的病原微生物,还可以介导获得性免疫反应、调节机体的免疫炎症反应和创伤修复过程,其细胞毒性和细胞裂解活性在肿瘤免疫方面的作用也值得关注。研究发现防御素与口腔溃疡、口腔扁平苔藓等多种口腔黏膜疾病有关,本文就此方面的研究进展做一综述。Defensins play an important role in the body immune system. They can help resist the microorganisms through direct disinfecting, mediate the process of aquired immune reaction, and adjust the inflammation reaction and traumatic repair process. The effect of their cellular toxicity and activity of cell disruption in the field of tumor immunity also worth attention.
