摘　　要：Toll样受体是新近发现的序列高度保守的先天性免疫系统中的细胞跨膜受体,它可以转导脂多糖信号。革兰阴性菌的脂多糖是根尖周炎发病机制的主要因素,在根尖周炎的发生和发展中起关键作用。本文就Toll样受体的研究概况及其与根尖周炎症的关系作一综述。Toll-like receptors are a kind of archaic and highly conservative trans-membrane receptors which belong to innate immunity system. They can transduce lipopolysaccharide signal. Lipopolysaccharide is the major pathogeny of periapical periodontitis. This article reviewed the lasted researches on the relationship of Toll-like receptors and periapical periodontitis.
