摘　　要：制作一件义齿修复体,需要患者的配合和医生及实验室技师的技术支持。但是,对一件解剖形态、功能及美观都达到标准的修复体,仍有患者对义齿感到不满意。本文分别从患者的局部、全身情况及心理因素、修复体的选择、医患沟通及医疗机构等方面阐述影响患者义齿满意度的相关因素。Achieving a eligible and satisfactory dental prosthesis depends on patient′s cooperation, dentist and technician′s skill. However, some patients still may be dissatisfactory with a dental prosthesis which meets all requirements in anatomy, function and esthetics.
