摘　　要：种植体周围炎严重影响种植修复的远期成功率,临床表现为种植体周围软、硬组织炎症,种植体周附着水平丧失。了解口腔微生物对种植体周围炎的影响,可有效预防和降低种植体周围炎的发生,延长种植体的寿命。The long-term application of implant is affected by the inflammation around it. The inflammation invades soft and osseous organization, and the epithelial attachment is lost during this course. To know about the relation of oral microorganism and the inflammation can help to prevent and decrease the inflammation, and to prolong the life of implant.
