摘　　要：用户使用网络时常会发生迷失现象,这将导致用户产生挫折感甚至失去信心和耐心,从而放弃当前浏览与搜索任务,因此研究迷失现象对网络优化建设具有实际意义。本文运用认知心理学理论分析了用户迷失现象及影响因素,并就网络导航设计、个体认知风格对用户导航迷失的影响因素进行了分析,通过调查进行了实验探索,得到了有意义的结论。It’s a common phenomenon that users often get lost on the Internet,making them feel frustrated,even lose confidence and patience,and finally give up the current browsing and searching task.Therefore,to study the navigation lost phenomenon is of practical significance to the optimized construction of the network.This paper uses the theory of cognitive psychology to analyze the phenomenon of user lost on the Internet and its impact factors.The paper also analyzes the influence of website navigation design and...
