摘　　要：通过问卷的形式对我国信息素质基础教育状况及中小学生信息素质水平进行了调查研究,找出了我国信息素质基础教育存在的问题,并提出一些发展对策建议。The paper investigates the situation of elementary information literacy education and the level of information literacy of students in primary and secondary schools in China through questionnaires,poses the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions about developing elementary information literacy education.
