摘　　要：目的研究吗啡成瘾不同阶段大鼠伏核中组胺H3受体水平,探讨组胺H3受体与吗啡成瘾的关系。方法将大鼠分成5组:生理盐水组、吗啡组、戒断组、脱毒组和复吸组,用条件性位置偏爱(CPP)法判定动物模型是否成功建立,Western法检测大鼠伏核中组胺H3受体的表达水平。结果戒断组大鼠(戒断48h后)伏核中组胺H3受体的水平较其他组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论急性戒断吗啡促使大鼠伏核中组胺H3受体水平增高,其可能促进大鼠位置偏爱的形成。Objective To investigate the levels of histamine H3 receptor in rats` accumbals in different phases of morphine addiction. Methods the rats were divided into 5 groups: saltine group, morphine group, withdrawal group, detoxification group and relapse group.
