摘　　要：目的了解肺癌患者化疗前后的生存质量状况,为护理干预提供依据。方法应用癌症疼痛及生存质量调查表对65例肺癌患者分别于化疗前、化疗后1周、化疗后3个月进行测评。结果肺癌化疗1周生存质量明显下降(P<0.01),化疗后3个月恢复到接近化疗前水平。结论针对患者不同病期给予心理支持、健康教育、舒适护理及康复指导等干预措施,可提高患者生存质量。Objective To explore the living quality of lung cancer patients before and after chemotherapy, so as to provide the evidence for nursing interventions. Methods The total of 65 lung cancer patients before chemotherapy, a week and three months after the chemotherapy were evaluated by cancer pain and quality of life questionnaire respectively.
