摘　　要：研究目的:以江西省赣县县城商业用地为例,探讨支持向量机在基准地价测算中的应用。研究方法:支持向量机法和对比分析法。研究结果:支持向量机的测算精度明显高于传统的回归模型和BP网络模型方法。研究结论:该方法是可行有效的,能够用于基准地价测算。The purpose of the paper is to discuss the application of GASA optimized Support Vector Machine to the measurement and calculation on the base land price by taking the commercial land in downtown of Gan County in Jiangxi Province as an example.Methods employed include Support Vector Regression (SVR) and contrast analysis.The results show that the precision of measurement and calculation of SVR is obviously higher than the precision of conventional regression mode and BP network mode.It is concluded that the...
