摘　　要：企业的管理控制能力是企业的核心能力,这种能力强弱有效的反映企业防范管理风险的能力和实现企业精细化管理的能力。这种能力越强对企业的IT应用会产生更高需求,从而推动企业的IT应用水平的提升。本文通过理论分析提出了企业管理控制能力评价模型,以及它与IT应用水平存在相关性,同时实证校验了假设模型,提出了企业的管理控制能力要素的提升可以推动企业对IT的需求,从而提升企业的IT应用水平。Management control competence is the core competence of the enterprise,which reflects the capability of the enterprise to keep away from the risk and carry out elaborate management.The higher the capability is,the more requirements are needed for the information technology, and this will enhance the information technology application maturity.This research puts forward the evaluation model of management control ca- pability,the correlative of control capability and information technology application maturit...
