摘　　要：文章界定了科技企业孵化器集群的概念,揭示了科技企业孵化器集群内部规模经济与外部规模经济的内涵及形成机理,构建了孵化器与科技企业的生产函数。The paper, via the definition of incubator cluster for science and technology businesses, demonstrates the essence, the founding mechanism and the micro mechanism of the incubator cluster, thus constructing the production function of hi-tech enterprises with the business incubator.
