企业动态能力理论整合研究框架与重新定位

摘　　要：企业动态能力近来作为战略管理领域研究热点之一,学者从理论和实证角度对其进行了大量研究,其中案例和大样本实证统计研究是主流研究方法,但国内有关企业动态能力的研究大多还是定性研究。鉴于此,本文对企业动态能力相关理论进行归纳、总结和阐释,以期推动国内学者采用国际主流研究方法对企业动态能力进行研究。本文基于"动态"与"能力"界定动态能力内涵,梳理出企业动态能力概念本质;总结了企业动态能力的四种理论研究视角,构建了企业动态能力整合理论分析框架;比较分析了企业动态能力的测量方法并架构出整合测量分析框架,对动态能力重新定位、测量与实证研究的未来发展提出了几点建议。Dynamic capabilities in the enterprise have become one of the hottest topics in the field of strategic management.Many scholars study it from the theoretical and empirical perspective and the latter is in the mainstream.The research in the China mostly mostly locates in qualititative level.Therefore,we summarize the relevant theory of the dynamic capabilities home and aboard and want to promote the domestic scholars study this topic using the international research method.We define the connotation of the dy...
