摘　　要：目的考察PVC输液袋对环丙沙星的吸附性。方法环丙沙星配成临床用输注浓度,测定不同时间流出液的峰面积,并与0时比较。结果PVC输液袋对环丙沙星的平均吸附率为1.875%和2.083%。结论PVC输液袋对环丙沙星的吸附作用不明显。Objective To investigate the absorbability of the PVC infusion sets to ciprofloxacin.Methods Solution of ciprofloxacin was prepared as peractual concentration needed by the clinic, with the peak area of the dripped solution determined at different timepoints and compared with that at 0h.Results In the end of infusion, the adsorption rate of PVC sets on ciprofloxacin were1.875% and 2.083%. Conclusion PVC infusion sets have no absorbability on ciprofloxacin .
