摘　　要：民事诉讼目的受诉讼价值观的制约,不同诉讼价值观下,立法者所设立的诉讼目的存在差异。而诉讼价值观又是诉讼文化的中心概念,不同的诉讼文化决定了诉讼价值观的不同,所以对民事诉讼目的的研究必须深入到诉讼文化层面。影响诉讼文化的因素多种多样,其中起决定作用的主要有民族文化传统、诉讼意识的积淀以及具有普遍性的同时代的受社会经济政治结构制约的社会主流意识。The purpose of civil litigation values needs to be constrained in different values of the proceedings.The purposes of the lawsuit set up by legislators with different procedure values are different.Meanwhile,the litigation values is the center of the concept of litigation culture,a different legal culture determines the different proceeding values.So we have to do an in-depth study of the cultural dimension of the proceedings when discussing civil purposes.The factors that impact the litigation culture are ...
