微种植体支抗与片段弓技术在正畸中的联合应用

摘　　要：目的探讨微种植体支抗与片段弓技术联合应用安氏Ⅰ类前牙重度拥挤病例的支抗行为。方法应用华正头影测量系统测量18例患者治疗前后头颅侧位片的磨牙角度(U6/PP、L6/MP、U6/FH、L6/FH)和磨牙线距(U6-PP、L6-MP、Ptm-6、U6-L6、、U6-A、L6-Pg)。结果磨牙角度、线距在治疗前后变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论微种植体支抗与片段弓技术的联合应用起到磨牙强支抗的作用。Objective To study anchorage behavior of application of micro-implant anchorage and segmental arch technique in cases with anterior teeth severe crowding of Angle Ⅰ.Methods The molar angle(U6/PP,L6/MP,U6/FH and L6/FH)and molar distance(U6-PP,L6-MP,Ptm-6,U6-L6,U6-A and L6-Pg)of 18 patients on cephalometric lateral projection in the beginning and at the end of treatment were measured by Hua Zheng cephalometric system.Results No significant difference was found in change of molar angle and molar distance in th...
