摘　　要：面临来自资源环境的约束,倡导以尽可能小的资源消耗和环境成本,实现经济与资源环境协调发展的循环经济发展模式,推动产业集群的转型,是实现产业集群可持续发展的现实选择。政府转变观念,以生态工业园区为载体,加强企业技术创新,是产业集群实现循环经济发展的重要路径。With the restraint from resource environment,it is advocated to reduce the resource consuming and environmental cost as greatly as possible so as to achieve the recycle economy development model,that is,economy develops with resource environment in harmony.Promotion of the transition of industry′s cluster is a realistic choice of realizing industry′s cluster sustainable development.The government should regard ecological industrial park as carriers and strengthen enterprise′s technological innovation,which ...
