摘  要:目的:观察脑电图的95%频谱边界频率(spectral edge frequency,SEF 95%)与意识障碍程度的相关性。方法:对2007年7月至2008年4月我院神经内科ICU收治的意识障碍患者,分为嗜睡、昏睡、浅昏迷、中昏迷、深昏迷5个意识水平,按Glasgow昏迷量表(GCS)进行评分,同时行SEF 95%、频谱总功率(total power,TP)检查,共有42组数据纳入分析,分别分析意识水平与SEF 95%、GCS评分、TP,GCS评分与SEF 95%、TP的相关性。结果:经Spearman相关分析,SEF 95%与意识水平(r=-0.663,P=0.001呈负相关,SEF 95%与GCS评分(r=0.861,P=0.000)呈正相关,TP与GCS评分(r=0.421,P<0.01)呈正相关。GCS评分与SEF 95%行直线回归分析,直线回归方程为GCS=2.616+0.425 SEF 95%(t=9.02,P=0.000)。结论:SEF 95%可作为评判患者意识障碍程度的指标。Objective:To observe the correlation between spectral edge frequency(SEF 95%)of electroencephalogran(EEG)and degree of conscious disturbance.
