摘　　要：目的探讨Fas、FasLmRNA在小细胞肺癌石蜡包埋组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测Fas、FasLmRNA在46例小细胞肺癌和相应的癌旁正常肺组织中的表达情况。结果46例小细胞肺癌中FasmRNA阳性表达率为47.8%,明显低于在正常肺组织中的表达率(80.0%)P<0.05,FasLmRNA阳性表达率为58.7%,明显高于在正常肺组织中的表达率(35%)P<0.05,FasLmRNA在淋巴结转移和TNM分期中的表达差异有统计学意义,FasLmRNA表达阳性组患者累计生存率明显低于阴性组患者。结论FasmRNA低表达可能对SCLC发展起促进作用;FasLmRNA高表达可能与SCLC转移和预后相关。【Objective】To explore the clinical significance of Fas and FasL mRNA in paraffin embedded small cell lung cancer and their correlation to the biology behavior.【Methods】 The expression of FasmRNA and FasL mRNA in small cell lung carcinoma tissues were measured by transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).【Results】The positive rate of Fas mRNA expression in 46 examinated SCLC cases were 47.8%,significantly lower than that in normal lung tissue (80%),P <0.05.The positive rate of FasL mRNA expression ...
