膀胱癌细胞中心体异常与肿瘤预后关系的实验研究

摘　　要：目的通过对膀胱移行细胞癌细胞中心体的研究,了解膀胱移行细胞癌细胞中心体异常的状况,探讨中心体异常在预测膀胱移行细胞癌发生发展过程中的作用及意义。方法从263例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中随机选取60例膀胱移行细胞癌标本进行中心体特性的详细研究,同时选取其中5例膀胱移行细胞癌标本的正常膀胱黏膜上皮作为正常对照。中心体染色采用间接免疫荧光染色方法,一抗为抗中心体周围蛋白单克隆抗体。结果中心体异常与膀胱移行细胞癌的不同的病理分级、肿瘤数目、肿瘤进展及复发性之间差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论膀胱移行细胞癌细胞中心体异常与膀胱移行细胞癌发生、发展及复发存在显著相关;检测中心体异常可作为膀胱癌复发的一个预测因子。【Objective】 To explore the abnormal condition of centrosome of bladder cancer cells and its effect On the happenning and development of the bladder transitional cell carcinoma.【Methods】 60 transitional cell carcino-ma of bladder from 263 samples were examined,at the same time,the normal bladder epithelium mucosae of 5 sam-ples of the them,were selected for the normal contro1.the centrosome was stained by indirect immunofluorescence methods and the primary antibody is monoclonal antibody against pericentrin....
