摘　　要：目的:对尿D-木糖排泄试验反映小儿肠道吸收功能的实验评价。方法:对厌食、消化功能紊乱儿童治疗前后的5项检测指标观察数据进行比较。结果:尿D-木糖排泄试验,治疗前后差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),血清UREA、Cr治疗后均值虽都略有下降,但差异(P>0.05)无显著性意义,HB、RBC治疗后均值略有增加,但差异(P>0.05)无显著性意义。结论:尿D-木糖排泄吸收试验在二周治疗时间内检测结果差异有非常显著性,为有效反映小肠吸收功能的改善,提供了实验观察依据,且易于为儿童接收。Objective An experiment evaluation of the uroporphyrin D-xylose excretion test to enter-absorptive function of children.Methods Useed 5 kinds of examination methods to treat to observe the data to carry on the comparison in front and back towards being disgusted with the food,the digestion function mess child.Results the uroporphyrin D-xylose ex-cretion floc test,treat in front and back the difference has every significance mean (P<0.01),post-treatment the mean of blood serum UREA,Cr has slightly descend...
