摘　　要：目的探讨应用高频电波刀电圈切除术(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的护理方法及注意事项。方法术前对患者做好心理护理,术中保护阴道壁,避免阴道壁灼伤,术后防止感染。结果术后3个月随访CINI100%治愈,CINⅡ～Ⅲ98%治愈,术后1年随访CIN100%治愈。结论LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变,精心护理可使LEEP的优越性得到更充分发挥。Objective To discuss the nursing measures and announcements of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)treated with radioknife loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP).Methods Preoperative mental nursing,intraoperation protection of the vagina wall to avoid heat injury of vaginal wall,and postoperative infection prevention were performed.Results The effective rate was 100% in the patients on grade CINⅠ,98% in the patients on grade CINⅡ-Ⅲ.The effective rate was 100% in the patients on grade...
