摘　　要：文化权是少数民族最根本也是最重要的权利之一,在当今社会它已越来越受到人们的重视,其保护与少数民族平等权、发展权具有同等重要的作用。而作为保护少数民族文化权的一个重要方式,就是保护少数民族文化遗产。甘肃特有的东乡族、保安族、裕固族,创造了丰富多样、与众不同的物质与非物质文化遗产。保护其文化遗产,将关系到这些民族的存亡与发展,将有助于增强这些民族文化在全球化和文化同一化过程中的竞争力,可促进少数民族成员对自身文化的认同和维护,同时对于连接民族感情、增进民族团结、维护国家统一与社会稳定、传承并弘扬这些民族的文化,乃至促进我省和中华文化的发展也具有重要的意义。The culture right is the must fundamental as well as the most important right of the ethnic minorities,it has been got of more and more attention of the society in nowadays,the protection of the culture right and the national equal right,development right has the same,important significance.As one of the important ways of protecting the minority cultural right it is equal to the protection of minorite cultural heritage.The unique Dong Xiang Zu,Bao An Zu,Yu Gu Zu of Gan su created a rich and various material...
